Matters of the Heart is a gentle, creative workshop that invites you to explore your inner world through holistic expressive arts — no art experience necessary.

Through a multi-modal approach, participants will engage in a rich blend of creative processes, including mixed-media collage, natural dye exploration, and ink printing, and reflective journaling. Each artistic pathway offers a different doorway into self-expression, allowing meaning to emerge organically rather than striving for technical perfection.

At the heart of the experience is the opportunity to design a unique piece that expresses love — whether as a commemorative tribute to someone who has passed or a heartfelt celebration of someone special in your life today. It may even be an artwork of "intention" to welcome new love into your life.. Music, sound healing, and creative poetry writing are woven throughout to support emotional flow and inspiration.
